#FromScratch: YumPrint

 •  1

Last week, I discovered a few things:

  1. YumPrint
  2. Katie Cavuto’s Website
  3. Parmesan Dijon Chicken

YumPrint is a free online recipe box that allows you to build cookbooks within your recipe box. For example, I have a dinner cookbook and a sidekicks cookbook. YumPrint has a chrome extension that allows you to snag recipes from your favorite food blogs and assign them to your cookbooks. In addition, you can follow someone’s YumPrint.

[Once I’ve built mine out a little bit, I will make it available should anyone be interested in following it as it will include my favorite anti-cancer recipes.]

Katie’s site is beautiful and I love that her home page leads with Eat Well. Live Joyfully. Katie is a Registered Dietician and the author of Whole Cooking and Nutrition.

Now, Katie’s Parmesan Dijon Chicken: YUM and oh-so-easy!

This is a 3 ingredient recipe: boneless chicken breast, dijon mustard, and parmesan cheese.

Prep Time: the blink of an eye

Cook Time: 12 minutes

SideKick: *Spinach Side Salad or

YumPrint is fabulous! I’m putting together an Anti-Cancer Club Cookbook (which also includes some of my personal favorite recipes) which I’ll be sharing with everyone shortly!
