Within the last week or so, I tried kale chips [and] they were a bust in terms of taste AND crunch.
I phoned a friend [and] BOOM! I had a new recipe.
So, I made chips [kale, that is] for my afternoon snack.
Here’s the recipe:
A couple of hand[full]s of of the stem, curly kale leaves tossed in 2 tsp of EVOO [and] 2 tsp siracha, placed in a 250F oven until they were chips.
I’ll say it again: BOOM!
Ready. Set. Let’s Kale!
