A search of the PubMed data base came up with an article, Insulin and Cancer that I found especially interesting. The article notes “Recent evidence supports the role of insulin and IGF-1 as important growth factors, acting through the tyrosine kinase growth factor cascade in enhancing tumor cell proliferation.”

I like the conclusion in that it empowers each of us to consciously choose our lifestyle and take charge of the fight against cancer. Join us as we each craft our personalized anti-cancer health plan.
